We had a mixed stay. The spa area was sweet as, but the restaurant service felt like waiting for a bus in the rain, which was pretty disappointing. Chur for the comfy room!

Unexpected challenges, stunning mountains

The breathtaking views of the Tatra Mountains greeted us every morning, turning our stay into a picturesque retreat. We truly enjoyed the pleasant dining experience, especially the friendly staff who made us feel welcomed.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the cramped room, which lacked sufficient storage space for our luggage. Accessing amenities also became a trek through the cold garage, diminishing our overall comfort.

Not perfect, but worth it

The wellness area offers a nice experience, and attentive staff enhance your stay , making it feel welcoming.

Room cleanliness was problematic, and lengthy wait times for restaurant food caused frustration.

Consider the proximity to activities and take advantage of the variety of room options available for your specific needs during your stay.

A Perfect Getaway for Families!

We had a wonderful three-night family stay. The spacious Junior Suite with Terrace was a highlight, offering beautiful views. The spa facilities rejuvenated us after a long day exploring Zakopane. Do enjoy the modern restaurant, especially the breakfast options, but be mindful of peak times for service!

Great location for hiking. the indoor pool was perfect. Room had some wear and tear.
